Jennifer Stetson | Director

Growing up in Florida, Jenn's earliest artistic interest was in dance. Jenn graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts where she concentrated in ceramics. After relocating to New Jersey with her husband, dance and ceramics remained as a focus of her creative activities. Jenn built a career in management where she educated and developed talent, maintained customer loyalty, and effectively led teams to accomplish personal and corporate goals. As part of a desire to return back to her love of art, Jenn found One River. Now she hopes to help associates experience the best possible work environment, provide students of all ages the opportunity to explore art in a fun way, and continue to strengthen the relationship between the school and the community.

Victoria Nikolovski

Victoria Nikolovski is currently pursuing her BFA in Painting and Design at Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of Art and Design. Victoria has been a part of the One River School team where she works as an admin, teacher’s assistant, and teacher. Victoria primarily enjoys painting but dabbles in other physical media once in a while. Victoria tends to gravitate towards realism painting with subtle elements of surrealism, in a dreamlike way. Color plays a vital role in Victoria’s work with vivid and expressive colors. Animals, especially cats, are a recurring motif throughout her art. One of the aspects Victoria values most about teaching at One River is the opportunity to connect with the young artists who are genuinely enthusiastic about learning and growing in their practice. She loves seeing their progress and the unique ways in which they express themselves through art. Their energy and openness for experimentation inspire her to continue evolving in her own practice. She feels most fulfilled when she sees her students grow in confidence and in their creativity, she strives to create a fun and supportive atmosphere. When she is not creating, Victoria finds joy in listening to a bunch of music and being around loved ones (especially her three cats)!
